"Suzanne, supervised Mr. R’s parenting time in 2016, and later Ms. N’s parenting time when Ms. N was the supervised parent.  There were no difficulties arising from her supervised visits of Mr. R.  However, once Ms. N was supervised, issues arose, resulting in much time spent in email communication to arrange the visits.  Suzanne withdrew her services because of the excessive number of texts and emails from Ms. N, and also because of what Suzanne viewed as a false allegation made by Ms. N that on one occasion, Suzanne had yelled at her.  Suzanne described Ms. N as prone to histrionics, and said that Ms. N had told her that people involved in this case were conspiring against her.  I accept Suzanne's evidence.  She presented as an extremely competent, professional, objective witness.  In addition, she was plain-spoken and direct in her testimony."

She was assigned to supervise the plaintiff’s access to V.L.B. over 50 or 55 times, each session lasting a day. In my view, this witness was sincere and fair, and it was evident that she took seriously her responsibilities, both to supervise the access and to honestly report her observations left me quite favourably impressed."

The supervised visit in question was terminated for VERY JUST CAUSE, as defined by the terms and conditions of Suzanne’s very reputable business, which were agreed upon and signed by myself AND the mother. Suzanne’s business of 14 years has had NOTHING but 5-star, glowing reviews up this point.

Throughout the process of sourcing out an agency, my only priority was to ensure that my son remained safe and comfortable throughout these court-ordered supervised visits. Suzanne’s priorities were exactly that of mine, and the termination of the visit this past Sunday is the reason for the malicious review above by my son’s mother.

Our experience with Axiom has been excellent. We had an extremely difficult case, with a clever and very evasive target. Not your typical "is my partner cheating on me" type case.
We found Suzanne to be forthcoming, honest, and diligent. She goes the extra mile and does things other PI's don't do. She also doesn't look like an ex-cop, which is what most other PI's seem to be, thus she is less obvious and can more easily be just another "average person". This is especially helpful when conducting surveillance. The information Axiom has gathered is expected to finally make this case, in our favor. Without it justice may not have been adequately served, and we'd have been on the short end of the stick.

I am currently in a extremely difficult family law suit. I was given no choice but to hire "a professional child supervisor" at my expense (who the other party would have to approve) in order to see my lovely daughter. I am a cowboy out of Alberta and working in Nakusp, B.C. I had a child with a woman in Surrey. After we split, my ex used my past(DUI's last one in 2017) and driving without a license to restrict and limit my time with my son. We agreed before trial that if the visits were supervised it would be acceptable. There were approximately 24 visits; visits were for 2 days, every 2 weeks, 4 visits a month, 6 months. I give the back ground because I wanted to express how long my experience was Axiom. Having this forced intrusion upon someone who lives alone(minus animals and contractors) was emasculating and extremely stressful. Having someone come into my space that I have for just my son and I was nerve-racking and intimating. On the first visit, I can't express the overwhelming emotion that accompanied my visit. Having not seen my son in almost 2 months he was 18 months old, Suzanne was amazing. She called me before the visit, we did the intake and questionnaire before I arrived. She was professional and made it very clear that her only responsibility was to my son. She would only act in his best interest. Through the course of approximately 24 visits she demonstrated her knowledge of the industry, as well as made me feel comfortable to ask questions, (LIKE, if my son cried for 126 seconds that I didn't need to go running into the room which did happened once haha). She has a vast knowledge of the proceedings in B.C. as well as her years of experience meant she was able to listen and share her opinion which helped me manage everything that was going on. Suzanne was always respectful of Covid-19 procedures and made sure to make me and my son feel secure. She would engage sometimes with him, however remained predominantly in her seat and just supervised. She was never over bearing, or controlling, she allowed me to be a father to my son without making me feel like if I didn't do something perfectly I was going to lose any custody rights. It saddens me that her job is required in this world, however I take some comfort knowing that there are professional individuals like Suzanne, and businesses like Axiom Investigation out there. Helping; parents prove they aren't a danger to their child/children, to protect children from individuals who could harm them, and for assisting parents that may just need a little extra help.
